Global marketing and technology agency LBi has appointed Michele Chang-McGrath as its new head of research.
Chang-McGrath joins LBi from ReD Associates in Copenhagen where she a partner, and worked on consumer insight and marketing for a range of clients including Samsung, Sony, Adidas and Lego. Her role at LBi sees her assuming responsibility for the research team, whilst developing a new proposition aimed at helping build business value for clients.
Initially she will kick-off a series of research initiatives focused on understanding emerging digital behaviours in mobile, eCommerce and online content.
