Leeds digital agency Bloom has appointed Darren Navier as creative director.

Navier, who has previously had spells at Agency.com, Numiko and Propaganda, was previously group creative director at fuse8.

His appointment is part of what the agency describes as a 'broader expensaion programme and internal restructure' which saw the appointment of Simon Wilson to the board last month and promotions for Stu Owens (head of digital marketing), Peter Laflin (head of analysis) and Phil Jeffries (futurologist).

Bloom CEO Alex Craven said: "Darren is a hugely skilled ideas generator and strategic creative thinker.

"His broad skillset will complement the existing creative and development teams, and will enable us to align our clients with a host of new opportunities, creating immersive digital experiences that delight our clients’ customers."
