Research from Foolproof’s 'Going Mobile' study has found that 73 per cent feel an app or mobile service doesn’t deserve their loyalty if it doesn’t meet their needs.

The study, which was then turned into an infographic, found that those who provided a ‘great mobile service’ were those perceived to be in touch with customers, 35 per cent said, while 33 per cent said being innovative was what made a great service and 31 per cent it was professionalism.

The research found that 56 per cent wouldn’t sign up to an app if it had a long registration, while 49 per cent stopped using a service due to a time consuming log-in process.
