Investec name Stuart Broad as Test Match Cricket ambassador
Specialist bank and asset manager Investec has named England Rest cricketer Stuart Broad as its brand ambassador where he will work as figurehead for Investec’s cricket activity.
Investec has signed the longest sponsorship deal in the England and Wales Cricket Board’s history including tours up to 2019.
Raymond van Niekerk, global marketing director of Investec, commented: “One of the many draws of Test cricket for us was the admirable qualities of the players themselves and Stuart epitomises the modern day test match cricketer.
“He is intelligent, athletic, competitive and carries many skills which allow him to change the game whether with bat, ball or in the field. Stuart is and will be crucial to the success of the England side for years to come and we are delighted that he has agreed to become a brand ambassador for Investec.”
