Acceleration Holdings and Acceleration eMarketing has been acquired by WPP.
The deal will see the Guernsey and South African marketing technology solutions group, founded in 1999, become a part of WPP Digital.
Acceleration has offices in Buenos Aires, Cape Town, Dubai, Johannesburg, London and New York and and employs 148 marketing technologists with clients such as UEFA, South African Tourism, The Economist and Celebrity Cruises.
The combined audited revenue for Acceleration last year were US $16.8m.
