Bloom has announced the appointment of Simon Wilson as creative services director, with Wilson previously holding the role of operations director from autumn last year.

The agency has also promoted Stu Owens to head of digital marketing and Peter Laflin to head of data insight, while Phil Jeffries has been appointed to the role of futurologist.

Alex Craven, CEO of Bloom, said: “In the last twelve months we have made significant investments in talented people in order to ensure that we can continue to provide excellent service to our clients and grow considerably as an agency. The internal restructure is also a substantial part of this. We are now in an immensely strong position to align our clients with the opportunities that the ever-changing technology landscape presents, focusing our innovation on working smarter, creating immersive digital experiences and becoming market leaders in predictive CRM and big data analysis. Simon Wilson, Stu Owens, Pete Laflin and Phil Jeffries have a huge part to play in this. ”
