Pensions, life insurance and investments provider Friends Life has appointed digital brand engagement specialist, Omobono, as its design and digital agency following an extensive pitch process.
Omobono will now help Friends Life update its digital presence and redesign its offline communications. Peter Foster, corporate affairs and brand director at Friends Life, commented: “Omobono was selected on the strength of both their financial service expertise and their vision of how a fully realised digital brand can contribute to a company’s success.
“We look forward to working with Omobono in helping us build a strong and vibrant brand, both online and offline.”
Leading the pitch was Donna McGrory, account director at Omobono, she explained though the procurement process was “extremely demanding” it allowed Omobono to “build a relationship with Friends Life” making Omobono “more able to respond with broader ideas outside of the written brief.”
