Virgin Airways hire ‘Boo’ as official pet liaison
Richard Branson’s Virgin Airways have announced their latest recruit, a four legged ball of fur which has been described as the world’s cutest dog.
The internet phenomenon has racked up 4.7m followers of his blog over the past five years, tempting Virgin to bolster their brand by association and lure more pet owners onto their transatlantic flights.
Announcing the appointment via its Facebook page Virgin said: “As a pet-friendly airline we want our guests — those on two legs and those on four — to have as comfortable and enjoyable experience as possible on Virgin America.”
