Aegis acquires W Garden to strengthen iProspect France offering
Media and marketing group Aegis has announced the acquisition of SEO company W Garden as it bolsters iProspect in France.
The acquisition deal sees Aegis take on six subsidiary companies owned by W Garden, Verbal Clint, Allin and others.
The gross assets of the companies were valued at €5m at the end of 2011.
W Garden, founded in 2007, offers search and performance marketing services, alongside software tools.
The acquisition will see W Garden join the iProspect fold, as the group bolsters is digital offering.
