Carat Edinburgh has announced five senior promotions in its office, including Charlotte Bell being promoted to managing director from director.

As well as Bell, the new senior management team sees Stuart Bell promoted to operations director; Janette Harrison to head of communications planning; Laura Magill to head of digital planning; and David Haggerty to strategic account director.

Bell said: “I am delighted to take up the role of managing director and looking forward to leading the new team as we continue to build on Carat’s mission to become the agency of the future. We are focused on delivering real business value for our clients and helping them navigate the new era of media, and these new promotions are an essential step in achieving that.”

Tracy De Groose, managing director at Carat, said: “Carat is now as large outside London as it is within London and these promotions within our Edinburgh office show the strength of talent we have north of the border. I know Charlotte and her team will do a fantastic job as we redefine the value of media for our Scottish clients.”
