Saatchi & Saatchi’s Spanish Agency will be re-branded later this month as Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi España. Pablo Del Campo is to take over operations in the Spanish office as well as retaining his current role as CEO of Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi, Argentina.

As the founder of Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi Argentina in 2000, Del Campo aims to create a strong regional and global presence as well as a leading role in worldwide marketing.

The re-launch of Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi España sees Maxi Itzkoff and Mariano Serkin, Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi Argentina’s Executive Creative Directors and Cannes Lions Grand Prix winners, joining Del Campo.

Award-winning Spanish creative team Angel Torres and Lucas Paulino will join Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi Spain from Sra. Rushmore who will be responsible for the creative direction of the agency.

Announcing Del Campo’s appointment, Kevin Roberts, CEO Worldwide of Saatchi & Saatchi, said, “Pablo Del Campo has provided tremendous creative leadership to Saatchi & Saatchi’s emerging Latin American Markets.

“Pablo Del Campo is the business equivalent of Lionel Messi. He has lived through tough times in Argentina and has emerged as a winner across the continent. We are re-inventing our agency in Spain around his talent.”

The new role is described as an honour and a challenge by Del Campo, “I can’t think of another country that wears the title ‘creative nation’ better than Spain, and I am looking forward to making a contribution to our team, our clients, and to the country’s economic progress” he said.

Maxi Itzkoff and Mariano Serkin, added, “It’s always inspiring for us to look ahead for new creative challenges and to work on global projects with global brand.”
