The Direct Marketing Association has unveiled an infographic based on the information it discovered in its recent report, Data privacy – what the consumer really thinks.

The report, which found that a large number of people accept disclosure of personal information as a fact of modern life, looks at how people are willing to share data.

Three types of consumer have been identified from the report, based on the amount of data they are willing to share and their attitude towards privacy.
