Digital strategy and creative agency Collective London is working with Shellsuit Zombie's Uncontained Boxpark to allow young creatives the chance to pitch their ideas.

The Collective Upstarts initiative, which takes place on 27 June, will see the agency ask each candidate to pitch their idea to members of the team in a fifteen minute slot, with the winner to be contacted in August and asked to develop their idea with the agency.

Adam Cleaver, executive creative director at Collective London, said: “Collective London wants to support students and graduates who may not know the best way to break into the industry. We believe in working collectively with new creative talent from across all disciplines and I’m confident that our partnership with Uncontained will attract great people with great ideas. I’m looking forward to discovering exciting young talent.”
