Retail design agency 20.20 has been appointed by baby website Kiddicare, owned by Morrison’s, to develop the supermarket chains first multi-channel customer experience.

Kiddicare recently purchased 10 former Best Buy stores and has asked 20.20 to help transform the outlets into ‘destination super stores’, the first of which is scheduled to open in the autumn of 2012.

Mariann Wenckheim, 20.20 Partner, said: “Kiddicare are inspirational in their approach to bringing innovative ideas to life without ever compromising on quality or customer focus. Working closely with Kiddicare’s forward thinking creative and technology teams, we are certain that their exceptionally brilliant range, value and service, coupled with their pure play DNA, will revolutionise retailing.”

Lara Snider, Kiddicare Head of Creative, commented: “20.20 truly understand what our customers need. It was essential we found a team of uniquely talented and collaborative designers that shared our ambitions to create a seamless, engaging and rewarding customer experience.”
