Former Unilever brand manager Banquet joins MEC as comms director
Former Unilever brand manager Caroline Banquet, who headed up Flora pro.activ, has joined MEC Global as its communications director.
Banquet with the task of overseeing a cost effective communications plan for Danone and Complan Nutrition brands, while also supporting the global development of MEC’s strategy and campaign.
Beatrice Boue, business director at MEC said: “We are delighted to welcome Caroline to MEC. Coming from a brand rather than an agency, she brings invaluable insight into exactly what our client wants which will allow us to deliver a more strategic and targeted approach.”
Banquet added: “I’m really excited about my foray into the agency world. Having been a brand manager for seven years I understand not only the food industry as a whole, but also the individual brands and their media needs.
