Best Western appoints new head of marketing

Hotel group Best Western has named Sarah Fussey as its new head of marketing for Great Britain.

Fussey joins from the Youth Hostel Association where she was head of marketing and business development.

Tim Wade, director of marketing and e-commerce at Best Western, said: "Her experience at the Youth Hostel Association has put her in a strong position to lead the team and we look forward to her involvement in creating marketing activity that will drive the brand forward during what is a very exciting year for Great Britain.”

Fussey will be based at Best Western's central office in York.
