Yell has unveiled infographics to help teach SMEs about social media, SEO and creating videos.

The infographics were created following polls carried out for Yell by OnePoll to find out how customers interact with businesses online.

It was discovered that 80% of customers trust a company more if it has a digital presence.

The six infographics created look at Twitter, video marketing, SEO, Google Places, social media and e-commerce.
