Newedge appoints Nicole Wesch as global head of media and public relations
Newedge has today announced the appointment of Nicole Wesch as global head of media and public relations, where she will work closely with the company’s business line and regional leadership teams to further strengthen regional and global PR efforts.
Joining from Natixis Global Asset Management in London, where she oversaw PR activities in Europe, Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Asia, Wesch will be responsible for leading Newedge's PR activities internationally, and will report to Kevin Russell, managing director and global head of brand and communications.
She has also previously worked as PR manager for the Dow Jones Indexes in Asia-Pacific and PR and marketing manager for Credit Suisse Asset Management.
Russell said: "Nicole's wealth of international PR experience will be instrumental in further strengthening the quality of Newedge's relationships with the global media and positioning the strength of our business proposition in the global marketplace.”
