AAF International introduces new sales management system

AAF International, a provider of air filtration systems, has introduced a new sales management system devised by AYO Media.

The bespoke quotation system is designed to support its power and industrial arm in the UK and US which supplies the likes of Siemens, GE and Rolls Royce.

A six month development period saw AYO Media liaise with AAF’s UK operations to devise the management software, which has reduced the average time needed to prepare a quote from weeks to hours.

Dave Carroll, sales director at AAF UK's Power & Industrial Division, said: "We needed a new quotation tool so called in AYO Media to tailor-make a quote generation system for us that allowed our sales engineers to create often complex customer quotations in a simple, efficient and professional manner, all in one place.

"Not only has the new automated system become a reality and helped us achieve this operational objective but it has also given us a management tool that allows supervisors to oversee our sales pipeline, engineer activities and potential revenue at the click of a button.”
