Online retailer Gift Library has appointed 20:20 Agency to rebuild its e-commerce site after a three-way pitch.

Gift Library wants to increase conversion rates, build awareness of its brand and make its website more sociable.

“The idea to create a website that is as helpful as a personal shopper, and to be aesthetically beautiful as the gifts themselves, drew us to working with 20:20 agency,” said Caroline Stanbury, CEO and founder of Gift-Library.com.
