FreshStart appoints WeberShandwick North with profile raising brief

Affordable homes developer FreshStart Living has appointed Weber Shandwick North as its communications agency, tasked with raising the company’s profile across the UK.

The agency will target national, regional and broadcast media in an attempt at establishing the FreshStart as a leading UK housing developer, highlight its affordable property offering to drive awareness amongst investors, students, residential tenants and first time buyers.

The profiling of the company’s CEO Charlie Cunningham within the industry will be another aspect of the appointment, ahead of the company’s plans to float on the Alternative Investment Market later this year.

The account will be led by associate director Andy Poole and account manager Sophie Millward within Weber Shandwick North’s corporate team.
