Affinity Sutton Group set to tender for £3m marketing services framework
National Housing association Affinity Sutton Group is to tender for its marketing services framework, worth up to £3m.
The framework, estimated to be worth between £2m and £3m, will run for four years, with up to eight agencies expected to be named on it, and will be divided into four lots.
The lots will include Large Marketing Campaigns, with a budget of between £500,000 and £750,000, Small Campaigns, with a budget of between £400,000 and £750,000, Private sales marketing and Sales and Development - Shared Ownership and Shared Equity.
Lot Four will oversee between 15-20 schemes, predominately based in London and the south east, with a budget of between £400,000 and £750,000.
The deadline for expressions of interest to be made is 11 June.
