Daily Mail General Trust's dmg::information takes $10m stake in Xceligent
The Daily Mail and General Trust has announced that its business information division dmg::information has agreed a strategic investment into Xceligent INC for $10m.
Few details have been made available on the deal to take an investment in the Missouri based company which provides research property and listing information to the commercial real estate community.
The remaining shares of the company is said to be owned by its founders, management and employees.
