Spotify and Coca Cola announce partnership

Spotify and Coca Cola have today announced that they have formed a global partnership to ‘share music with the world’.

This will see Spotify provide the technology behind Coca Cola Music and fully integrated into the drink brands Facebook presence, taking advantage of Spotify’s existing partnership with the social network to allow an audience of 40m to discover new music, comment and share with friends.

“Coca-Cola is the most recognized and respected brand in the world and we are proud to be their music partner,” said Daniel Ek, Founder and CEO, Spotify. “Spotify and Coca-Cola both believe that music, technology and creativity can connect people around the globe.”
