Llama, the snack range from Tesco’s Venture Brands, has unveiled a microsite created by Forward.

The snack brand, fronted by the Deli Llama, aims to use the Crunch Time blog, Facebook and Twitter pages to interact with the public.

James Procter-Blain, Llama’s marketing manager, said: “Forward has created an amazing microsite for Llama’s. Not only does it showcase the range of superb flavours, but it also captures the essence and humour of our llama character. The site is bold and engaging – and just what any brand manager wants for the launch of a new product!”

The concept, design, content development, social media and launch of the site was handled by WPP owned Forward.

Bella Chapman of Forward said: “We created a site that took cues from the brand’s bold, bright packaging, mixed in a dollop of South American splendour and brought the Llama character and his proposition, which is to rid the world of boring snacks, to life.”
