Sea Odyssey has unveiled its campaign, created by Black and Ginger, to promote its Titanic street event this weekend.

In the lead up to the event Black and Ginger have produced several short teaser animations depicting The Little Girl Giant interacting with key city spaces in Liverpool, where the event is taking place.

The identity and creative strategy for the event was inspired by Titanic ship owners, White Star Line, as well as theatrical and imaginative elements.

Alex Frech, creative director of Black and Ginger, said: “The process of producing the campaign has been extremely involved from the Council to the performance company Royal De Luxe. We were delighted to be appointed and to be a part of something so big in our home city and we're even more delighted with the support that has been given to us and our approach. This has been spectacular.”

Black and Ginger also worked with Apposing to design and develop the free app for the event, which includes features such as allowing users to take pictures using themed filters and post them on Facebook or Twitter.
