Marketing Birmingham and partners release tender for email broadcast and eCRM software support requirements

Marketing Birmingham and ERDF partners are looking for an agency to meet its email broadcast and eCRM software support requirements, as part of a two and a half year contract.

The scope of the tender includes: license for email broadcast and eCRM software support services which integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM; email broadcast tool for campaigns to cover up to 3 million sends per annum and at least five user accounts; and input, set up and training on email/CRM best practice and email design.
