Gardiner Richardson wins Tyne and Wear Metro PR account

Gardiner Richardson has won a two-year PR contract with the Tyne and Wear Metro.

The Newcastle agency says it will work with visitor attractions and event organisers across the region to highlight the hidden gems which can be found just a stone’s throw away from Metro stations.

Its work will span media relations, social media and face-to-face promotions.

Agency director Lucy Gardiner said: "Tyne and Wear Metro is a well established brand which plays an important part in the everyday lives of people across the North East and we take great pride in this account win."

Before appointing Drummond Central as its advertising agency last June, Tyne and Wear Metro had worked with Gardiner Richardson on some of its advertising campaigns.
