Staffordshire & West Midlands (SWM) Probation Trust has appointed Birmingham digital agency Traffic to create its new public-facing website.

The website revamp will allow visitors to search for information quickly, with resource areas for victims, sentencers and offenders, as well as links to social media channels.

Gavin Pearce, communications manager at SWM, said: “The site will make it easier for our stakeholders to access and engage with our services, while the innovative user feedback system will help us to refine our services over the longer term. We look forward to working alongside Traffic who have a proven digital offer in the public sector.”

Phil Elwell, director at Traffic, said: “The site win is great news for us as we continue to build our presence in the public sector across digital and brand. The new site will help SWM to raise its profile and build two-way communication with its broad range of stakeholders.”
