Newedge appoints Peter Ward as global head of marketing communications

Multi asset brokerage business Newedge has appointed Peter Ward as global head of marketing communications.

Based in the New York office, Ward will be responsible for leading Newedge's marketing activities on a global scale, and will work closely with the company’s business line and regional leadership teams to coordinate advertising campaigns, create content for corporate publications, as well as develop event and digital strategies that engage clients, targets and key stakeholders.

Kevin Russell, global head of brand and communications at Newedge, said: “We will benefit from Peter’s wealth of experience as he becomes a vital part of Newedge’s global Brand & Communications leadership team.
