Oxygen Creative Solutions looks to be placed into voluntary liquidation

Nottingham based Oxygen Creative Solutions is seeking to place the graphic design agency into creditors’ voluntary liquidation.

The agency, founded in 2004, appointed Begbies Traynor to assist them, ‘as they have concluded that the company is unable to pay its debts’.

A meeting will take place on 18 April, where creditors can question at least one director on the company’s affairs and the appointment of joint liquidators and a liquidation committee.

The Drum could not reach Oxygen Creative Solutions for a comment at the time of writing.
