Video: The Futures Agency CEO Gerd Leonhard talks the future of social media and communications

Gerd Leonhard, futurist and CEO of The Futures Agency talks to The Drum while at the Social Media Week about his predictions the role of data will have on the world of business, and how social media will impact upon that.

He also discusses the use of incetivisation by Google, Facebook and Twitter to gain personal information from users, and how brands can use this technique also to gain more information from consumers.
