There's no keeping up with those high fliers at Virgin Atlantic! Now the airline is launching its own line in lipstick - with a secret ingredient.

High-flying lipstick.

The colour will match the cabin crew's bright red uniforms . The extra ingredient is a special 'pearl powder' that will hydrate the lips of frequent flyers.

The shade is called Upper Class Red. AdAge magazine says the name "makes us wonder whether airlines will ever let go of the elitist lenses through which they seem to look at the world."

Created by bareMinerals, the lipstick will be worn by cabin crew (male flight flight attendants are excused). It will also be available for passengers to buy, on board or through stores that stock bareMinerals.

The lipstick was created to launch the airline's newly-designed Upper Class Cabin. All female cabin crew will be wearing it on the first flight featuring the cabin from London to New York. Passengers aboard that special A330 will get a free lipstick.
