Donington Park appoints bcsAgency for regional and national PR campaign

Racing circuit Donington Park has appointed marketing communications consultancy bcsAgency to operate a regional and national PR campaign.

The agency’s PR campaign will aim to promote Donington Park not only as a racing circuit, but also as a premier hospitality venue for regional and national business events.

Alan Boyden, bcsAgency director, said: “Donington Park is back open for business and is bigger and stronger than ever before. We’re all really excited to be working on the PR campaign for the Park and have the opportunity to work on some really exciting press events throughout the year.”

Social media training and consultancy will also be undertaken by bcsAgency.

Gemma Toogood, head of commercial sales and marketing for Donington Park, said: “I’m delighted to have bcsAgency on board. We’re already considering them as an extension to our in-house marketing team and are helping us to achieve our PR and digital media objectives in 2012.

“We’re already working together on some exciting plans for our racing calendar and our conference and exhibition business.”
