SPA Future Thinking hires group digital director

Market research agency SPA Future Thinking has appointed Paul Roberts as group digital director.

Roberts moves from BrainJuicer where he was managing director of customer and employee experience. He is also joint chair of the MMRA’s technical group.

In his new role Roberts will be responsible for collectively bringing together the agency’s existing and new research methodologies on to a single platform designed to deliver improved insights and increased value to clients.
