Maldives Marketing and PR Corporation has appointed travel PR agency Rooster to promote the holiday destination across the UK.

The agency has been asked to promote the image of the country and increase the number of visitors from the UK.

Mohamed Adam, acting MD at Maldives Marketing and PR Corporation, said: "After a highly competitive pitch, Rooster was a clear choice to take on the Maldives' representation across the UK, one of our most important markets.
