LBi named Agency of the Year at IAB Creative Showcase for 2011

LBi has been handed the Agency of the Year award at the IAB’s Creative Showcase Event for 2011.

The award was decided after it delivered campaign for Sony Xperia, Hendricks Gin and Help for Heroes.

Simon Gill, executive UK creative director at LBi, said: "We're proper stoked to have won the IAB Agency of the Year. It's a great reflection of our team's hard work, creativity, tenacity and fun, not to mention the trust and belief of our clients. Here's to next year and more great work. Rock on. And big up to the IAB for organising a top award showcase.”

Meanwhile, AMV BBDO picked up the award for Creativity in Mobile, after it’s ‘NightJar’ campaign for Wrigley’s 5 Gum. Creativity in Social Media went to Widen & Kennedy for its Kaiser Chief’s Bespoke Album Creation Experience and Red Bee Media won Creativity in Video for The Walking Dead ‘Left Behind’ campaign for Fox International.

The Advertiser Award went to Budweiser after its Cold Index campaign by Tribal DDB, and Best Creative awarded to Wieden & Kennedy, again for the Kaiser Chiefs Bespoke Album Creation Experience.
