Apex Hotels reveal rebrand with Realise Digital

Apex Hotels has undergone a digital rebrand with Realise Digital, with the new site providing customers with content and community engagement.

The new site, built on Ektron CMS, also features enhanced functionality on the back-end, with greater language support, improved mobile rendering and enhanced performance.

Don Smith, executive creative director at Realise Digital, said: “The new Apex Hotels website shows how great digital design can not only enhance a traditional booking experience but reframe the entire customer experience. Achieving this for such a wide range of audiences isn’t easy but by creating an engaging experience, from research and booking to the visit itself, Apex can ensure lifetime customer value and loyalty will increase.”

Lorna Lee, marketing director at Apex Hotels, said: “The new site helps us build a virtual concierge service for our customers – even before they have visited the hotel. The vast amount of content and other social features will allow our customers to really get the most out of their stay with us and will again reinforce the values that we want our brand to portray.”
