The Drum enables Facebook and Twitter users to comment

You can now comment using Facebook and TwitterYou can now comment using Facebook and Twitter

The Drum has now enabled social media comments to make it easier to air and share your views on our stories.

From today you can comment on The Drum using your Facebook and Twitter accounts.

If you are already signed up to The Drum, you can now easily link your social networking accounts to your Drum account.

To link your account now, login as normal to The Drum, go to My Account and click on the Social Accounts link.

New users now have the option to register with The Drum by clicking 'Connect with Facebook' or 'Sign In with Twitter'.

Director Nick Creed said: "We have made the changes to make it easier than ever for people to sign up to The Drum and comment on our stories.

"This is the latest step in the ongoing progression of thedrum.co.uk."
