s1homes has launched a new website to help meets the needs of home seekers in Scotland, following a usability survey.

The results of the survey were used by s1’s in-house team of designers and web developers to produce a new design for s1homes, including a simpler property search process.

The launch of the new site is backed by a pan Scotland TV and digital campaign.

Mark Smith, s1 managing director, said: "We've invested a lot into finding out what home seekers want from s1homes - simplified search, bigger photos and fewer distractions, to name just a few, and we're confident that the new site delivers exactly that. We've also added some great new functionality, such as property watch, which lets you keep track of price changes or interest in a specific property."

"Ultimately, we're making it even easier for users to find exactly the property they're looking for and this, in turn, means more enquiries to our estate agents and developers."
