Story designs new brochure for Edinburgh's Quartermile

Story has designed a promotional brochure for the £450m Quartermile business and residential development in Edinburgh.

The brochure forms part of a broader integrated campaign promoting the Gladedale Ventures development. Marketing for Jubilee Hall, a new addition to the development, will start this month.

Jim Kelly, deputy managing director and head of planning at Story, said: "The challenge, when marketing off-plan, is to create sufficient drama to engage potential buyers but not too much to put them off. It’s important to demonstrate the product’s unique attributes yet still keep everything simple, elegant and informative."
