Marketing Leeds is celebrating the best of the city's budding art, fashion and design talent in a new portfolio designed by B&W Studio.

The booklet aims to demonstrate Leeds's cultural credentials by showcasing the work of the city's 2011 creative graduates.

The project was initiated by Marketing Leeds in collaboration with Leeds College of Art, Leeds Metropolitan University and the University of Leeds.

It is the latest in an ongoing marketing drive under the 'Leeds. Live it. Love It.' banner.

Lee Bradley, creative director at Leeds-based B&W, said: "Leeds is a fantastic cultural city and is full of creative people. Leeds Loves Creativity provides a great opportunity to celebrate our emerging talent.

"It also offers an opportunity to raise Leeds’ national profile as a centre of creativity and encourages industry representatives and potential employers to visit Leeds.”

The launch of the portfolio marks the start of a year long celebration of art and culture in 2012 as Leeds celebrates the centenary of its Leeds Art Fund, one of the oldest such bodies for the visual arts in the UK.
