Barclays Group appoints David Wheldon as head of brand, reputation and citizenship
Barclay Group has appointed David Wheldon, formerly global brand director at Vodafone, as its head of brand, reputation and citizenship.
Wheldon, who had left the telecoms company in 2010, became Vodafone’s first global brand director in 2004 when he joined the company from WPP’s Team Vodafone business.
He is also a former vice-president and global head of advertising at Coca-Cola, and a former managing director at both Lowe Howard-Spink and WCRS.
