Singapore based telecoms provider Singtel has appointed Mobcast, who has in turn appointed search marketing agency Mediarun, to run an SEO campaign for Skoob.

The campaign for Skoob, Singapore's first e-book service which launched in November, forms part of Mediarun’s plans to expand into new global markets.

Mediarun, which announced growth of 92% in 2011, has also recently announced business wins in France and Germany.

Alex Wares, managing director of Mediarun UK, said: “In recent years, search has become a critical marketing channel for many businesses, who expect consistent, high-quality delivery from their partner agencies. Alongside this, agencies must combine bespoke business expertise with the ability to maintain their relationships with a personal touch that sets them apart from the competition.

“I am delighted to have the opportunity to enhance existing customer relationships and also demonstrate the high level of commitment and expertise Mediarun is able to offer new clients.”
