Digital marketing company, the odm group, has revealed an infographic looking at how and why companies respond to negative social media.

The infographic looks at how many companies use social media, and found that 54% monitor feedback about their organisation through social network.

It was also discovered that 34% of consumers use social media to air their feelings about a company.
