LOVEFiLM partners with LG on Smart TV
LOVEFiLM has announced a partnership with LG to bring their video streaming service, LOVEFiLM instant, to LG’s Smart TV platform.
It is LG’s first ever film and TV subscription streaming application and will allow owners access to almost unlimited content on demand via the internet.
LOVEFiLM instant is an unlimited streaming package available on 175 devices; including games consoles, tablets and PCs. Thousands of titles are available on the platform including Terminator Salvation, the Hangover and Batman sequel the Dark Knight.
Subscribers can manage their own rental list, rate movies, read reviews and search by cast and crew via LG’s Magic Motion Remote, a motion sensitive controller that does away with the need for buttons.
