Nestle is to launch a campaign on Monday asking consumers to vote for their favourite of four new Kit Kat Chunky flavours, with the winning bar to be added to the line-up permanently.
The public will be able to vote for their favourite out of the four flavours – double choc, peanut butter, orange or white choc - on Facebook until 24 February 2012. Consumers will also be able to scan posters for the campaign using the Blippar augmented reality app, which will allow them to vote via their mobiles.
One voter a day will win £100 a part of the campaign.
There will also be use of geofencing as part of the campaign, with consumers who sign up being alerted when they get within a certain distance of a store stocking the KitKats, which will be in shops from Monday 23 January.
