The Manchester agency picked up the business after a staged tender process and competitive pitch.

It will now handle all aspects of the charity's regional and trade PR and manage a 24/7 national press ofice.

The team has previously handled event management for the charity’s Christmas Carol Concert, which took place at Manchester Cathedral in December.
