Clarks has unveiled a quartet of limited edition desert boots, complete with specially designed Rock Royalty shoeboxes.

Created in-house, each shoebox features a ‘coat of arms’ devised by creative manager Nick Reeve, and photographed by Pete Canning. The box design includes a Gibson Flying V guitar, a Marshall amp, trumpets, trombones and a bass drum decorated with flowers.

Each box features copy by Leon Broome, telling the four stories captured by each of the Desert Boots and their coat of arms.

Reeve said: “I could probably have done it all on computer but I wanted to do it for real; live if you like. It seemed to be more in keeping with the spirit of rock.”
