Liverpool Vision, on behalf of Liverpool City Council, is inviting nominations from private sector organisations, business support agencies and networks and individuals to potentially join a team of enterprise facilitators.

The new approach to be carried out, called ‘Start to Grow Your Business’, will focus on encouraging enterprise and entrepreneurial action in key sectors of the economy.

Liverpool Vision has said the first phase of the approach is the recruitment of agencies and individuals from across the economy who can work together to act as enterprise facilitators, ‘spotting businesses ready to grow and assembling a portfolio of support that they need’.

The second phase will be to commission a series of intensive business start-up and development programs that will equip businesses to grow.

The deadline for the nomination of candidate enterprise facilitators is 18 January.
